When I put out a call for web designers last summer, I needed someone with exceptional markup skills. Well, I found someone who can code with the best of them. Now that Crowd Fusion is taking off, I need to add a few great pure designers to our team, but I no longer need ones who have arcane XHTML and CSS knowledge.
If you can design great sites and logos in Photoshop or Illustrator, get in touch with me through my contact form or leave your details in the comments.
Here are more details on what we're looking for:
- ability to design entire sites -- think portals more than blogs
- user-centered design
- illustration skills
- XHTML, CSS, JavaScript or Flash animation expertise is a plus
- someone who works well virtually -- over IM, email and the phone
We all work from home, but we get together every other month for codejams which generally consist of whiteboarding, eating really well, getting things done and laughing our tails off.
